So abgelegen und soooo viel Natur. Ein Traum :-) Das Frühstücksbuffet war unbeschreiblich! Die Pizza Mittags war die Beste, die wir jemals gegessen haben... Antonio macht tolle Touren. Unbedingt ein Baumhaus nehmen. Nochmal mehr Abenteuer!!

The staff were incredible- helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, and just generally happy and lovely people to be around. Edgar was especially kind to our family and kids. My husband enjoyed sharing his love of animals with Carlos in the restaurant; they shared many conversations about the animals. Our kids loved horseback riding with Carlos; we got to see Scarlett macaws and spider monkeys from the horses along with beautiful views of Rio San Carlos. It was a tranquil place. We took leisurely meals right in front of the pond where we saw many different species of birds, coatis, caimans, agoutis, and even a tapir. Highly recommend!

All of the staff members were outstanding: reception, tour guides, dining room, bellhops, housekeeping and boat drivers. We would return to Maquenque in a heartbeat.

La cabane est isolée (mais tout confort) et nous a permis, avec de la patience, de voir des animaux sauvages : agoutis, aras, singes... Le tour de nuit était très sympa : caïmans, grenouilles, serpents... Ils prêtent des parapluies et des bottes. Petit dej luxueux. Attention il faut savoir qu'il y a un peu de marche entre le bâtiment principal et les cabanes (10/15 min avec enfants)

The staff was super friendly, room spacious and of course clean with mini fridge and air conditioning, breakfast had lots of options with super tasty pancakes. All in all absolute highlight stay.
